From the moment they visited my home to get an overview of the project, the team (Victor, Nelson and Nelson Sr.) were honest, professional and genuinely interested in helping me design my new kitchen.  They understood that I was new to the process yet had a certain vision with no idea how to achieve it.  Throughout the entirety of the project the team was communicative and timely.  We had numerous design meetings and they were so patient as I worked through my options and made choices.  They personally accompanied me when shopping for the countertops and were there anytime I needed advice along the way.  Most importantly, they wanted to see my vision achieved and guided me as I worked within my budget.  All of the subs that assisted in my home with Advanced Properties were also professional, clean and courteous.  I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen - both the look and the function ! Managing this project from out of state and during Covid presented a handful of challenges but Victor and Nelson were there every step of the way. They were extremely responsive, transparent, professional, accommodating and a joy to work with. They offered great suggestions when at a roadblock and were always open to new ideas even if it was something they had not encountered before. They went above and beyond for me and this project and I couldn't be happier with the results.
