Location, Location, Location

This new owner was lucky enough to find a beautiful condo in Delray Beach with a great view of the marina.

This condo renovation included a full updated kitchen, flooring, doors, ceiling, bathroom cabinets, paint and electrical panel.

Originally this client did not want to do any update to the bathrooms, because they were in fair condition. However, when they saw the big changes with the renovation – they requested us to do something with the bathrooms to make them look updated without spending to much additional money. So we replaced vanities, light fixtures, shower trims and shower doors. The client is very happy.

The inset “BEFORE” photo below may look very familiar to many. This is the kitchen that is usually found today in these older condo units in Delray Beach and Boca. When these units come available they are worth grabbing.
