Victor
Victor Da Silva Jr. graduated from Barry University in Miami in 1990 with a degree in Business Management. Shortly thereafter he moved to Europe to join his family’s construction company where over the span of 22 years he built close to one thousand residential and commercial units. Victor holds a Tier 1 Contractor’s License issued by the D.B.P.R. – State of Florida, and a construction management specialization from Columbia University, New York. Victor brings a unrelenting pursuit of quality and commitment to his clients at Advanced Property Builders.
Nelson
Nelson Caceres graduated from Federico Villarreal University in Lima, Peru, in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. He was an Owner’s Representative for multimillion dollar projects which included beach and golf resorts, hotel and retail developments, marinas, restaurants, and single and multi-family communities throughout Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America. He also served as a PB County Educational Facilities Board Member for ten years. With his background in architecture, he brings a visionary aspect to the clients at Advanced Property Builders.

Erik Bryson has been a licensed mechanical contractor in Florida since 1996. His strive for perfection and his dedication to his clients has earned him a trusted reputation for excellence in both the Construction and HVAC industry. His extensive knowledge of the mechanical aspects of our projects give Advanced Property Builders a strong advantage over its competitors.
Nelson Sr.
Nelson Caceres Sr. graduated from Federico Villarreal University in Lima, Peru, with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. He has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, working on projects as small as home to high rise office complexes. With his background in construction and cost estimating, he brings to Advanced Property Builders a wealth of knowledge on site.
